Directors are elected by the Co-op members at the Westboine Park Annual General Meeting (AGM) in October. Directors are elected for a one to a three-year term. Once elected the directors determine who will serve as president, vice -president and secretary/ treasurer for the coming year.

ABOUT US

Westboine Park Housing Co-op is located on 17 beautiful acres in Charleswood with trees and open green space, along the Assiniboine River.

Through co-operation, members of Westboine Park are able to participate in the operation of their community and share in its success. Each member owns shares in the co-op and has the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting. The member elected *Board of Directors governs the Co-op. Members share a large meeting hall for co-op activities or private family events. There is also a playground and a community garden. Westboine has onsite Management and Maintenance personnel.

The co-op has a total of 188 units composed of 153 town homes and 35 apartments. The Town homes are 2, 3, or 4 bedroom with a variety of unique floorplans.
